$70 Million SuperLotto Winner Comes Forward After Buying Ticket In SF Safeway Store

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- After more than a month, the man who won a $70 million SuperLotto Plus jackpot in San Francisco has come forward to claim his winnings, according to the California Lottery.

Eurico Chin, 41, matched all six numbers in the May 24 draw.

The winning numbers were 13, 11, 23, 27, 29 and the Mega number was 10.

Chin bought the ticket at the Safeway store at 2350 Noriega St.

The store will receive a $350,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Chin told lottery officials he was out for a walk when he decided to stop in the Safeway and purchase five tickets.

"First, I was in shock," he told lottery officials. "I couldn't believe it. I checked the ticket several times to make sure that I won."
