69-Year-Old Man Missing From San Jose

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- San Jose police are asking for the public's help locating a 69-year-old man who went missing Sunday morning, police said.

San Jose resident Trinh Quoc Thu was last seen at the Capitol Flea Market near the restroom area around 11 a.m., police said.

Family members reported him missing at 3:50 p.m., police said.

Police said Thu has short-term memory loss but is able to say his name and can communicate.

Police described him as standing 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, with a shaved head.

He was wearing a dark-colored shirt, dark-colored pants and black shoes, police said.

Anyone with information about the man or his whereabouts is urged to call 911 or the San Jose Police Department's missing persons unit at (408) 277-4786. His case number is 15-074-0613.
