$6,000 Triathlon Bike Stolen From Campbell Home

CAMPBELL (CBS SF) -- A triathlon bike worth an estimated $6,000 was stolen from a Campbell home Thursday, a police spokesman said Tuesday.

The Specialized-brand bike was taken from an open garage in the 3000 block of Bascom Avenue early in the afternoon, police Capt. Gary Berg said.

The suspect was seen riding out from the victim's garage, Berg said.

The bike is gray with a white stripe and has a red water bottle holder, according to Berg.
