50 Cent Shares Instagram Post Blaming Empire's Drop In Ratings On 'Extra Gay Stuff'

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Rapper 50 Cent offered his two cents on Empire's ratings dip in an Instagram post he quickly deleted, and it wasn't actor Terrence Howard's rapping.

The rapper shared a status posted by 'theindustryonblast' which read, "We could not take the extra gay stuff or celebrity stuff last night!!!"

The show's second episode drew 13.7 million viewers, compared to the 16 million who tuned in for the premiere.

The man also know as Curtis James Jackson III went on to tell the show's star, Taraji P. Henson to give him a call.

"Cookie call me baby, I'll tell every body (sic) to watch the show for you. LOL."

50 Cent recently uploaded a video mocking the show's producer Lee Daniels, who is openly gay.
