One of the most popular drinks commonly found at weekend brunches across the Bay Area and the rest of the country are mimosas. A classic drink typically consisting of champagne and orange juice, mimosas are believed to have originated in 1925 at the Hotel Ritz in Paris and its bright, spring-like color resembles the mimosa flower native to Central and South America. While you can find most any local restaurant or bar that will serve this refreshing drink, mimosas are not readily found on bar menus, let alone bottomless mimosas. If you are searching for the perfect mimosa in the South Bay, here is a look at five of the best places to go for bottomless mimosas.
