5-Alarm Fire Spreads To Multiple Homes In San Jose

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- San Jose firefighters responded to a five-alarm fire that started at a house and spread to at least two neighboring residences Wednesday morning.

The blaze was reported at 11:22 a.m. at a two-story home in the 4300 block of Hampshire Place, the dispatcher said.

A second alarm was called as the flames spread to the adjacent home. The blaze had not yet been controlled as of late this morning, the dispatcher said.

No injuries have been reported in the fire, she said.
