49ers Fans Can Use New Express Light Rail, Uber Zone To Get To Levi's Stadium

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- It's about to get a lot easier to get to Levi's Stadium.

Valley Transit Authority is launching Express Light-Rail service to the stadium beginning on Sunday's pre-season game between the 49ers and the Texans.

Round-trip tickets will cost about $20, and season passes are $149.

Fans can get there by car minus the parking headaches.

The 49ers have partnered with the ride-sharing service, Uber to help folks get to the games. The team is creating a curbside Uber Zone for pick-up and drop-offs.

First-time users get $15 off their first ride to Levi's Stadium by using the promo code: 49ers.

For those who'd rather watch Sunday's game from home, it airs on KPIX 5. Coverage starts at 3:30 p.m., and kickoff is at 4 p.m.
