San Jose Police Search For Suspects Involved In Fatal Stabbing Downtown

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) — San Jose Police are currently investigating a homicide that happened early Tuesday morning in the area of Market Street and Park Avenue, police said.

Police received information about a person being physically attacked by 5-6 suspects in downtown San Jose at around 2:15 a.m.

 

Upon arrival, officers found an adult man suffering from at least one stab wound. He was pronounced dead a short time after being transported to the hospital, according to police.

The unidentified suspects involved are still at large.

The incident is San Jose's 22nd homicide this year and does not appear to be gang related at this time, police said.
