3rd Suspect Sought In Bloomingdale's Smash And Grab Robbery

PALO ALTO (KPIX 5) -- Palo Alto police were searching for the third suspect in a smash-and-grab robbery at the Bloomingdale's Shopping Center last year.

Surveillance cameras caught the incident on tape.

An SUV smashed into the front door and the suspects ran inside and broke into glass cases. They got away with more than $125,000 worth of jewelry.

Two suspects are in custody. A third suspect has been identified as 30-year-old Joseph Sandoval of Hayward.

Anyone who has seen him is asked to contact the police.

Authorities also believe an unidentified woman was also involved.
