3-Year-Old Shoots Stockton Teen In Foot

FRESNO (CBS/AP) -- Authorities say a teenager has been shot in the foot by a 3-year-old sibling in Stockton.

Police spokesman Joe Silva said the 15-year-old showed up at a hospital emergency room Saturday night. He said the teen's injuries were not life threatening.

The circumstances that led to the shooting are under investigation.
