2 Women Hurt In San Lorenzo Shooting

SAN LORENZO (CBS SF) -- Two women were shot outside a San Lorenzo home Sunday evening, a sheriff's lieutenant said.

The shooting was reported at about 5:30 p.m. in the 17300 block of Via Carmen, Lt. Emmanuel Christy said.

The women were both shot in their legs and were taken to a hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening, Christy said.

Investigators have obtained a description of the suspects but have not made any arrests yet, Christy said.

He said it was too early in the investigation to release the suspect description publicly.
