2 Killed In Crash On Highway 12 In Santa Rosa

SANTA ROSA (CBS SF) -- Two people were killed in a multi-vehicle crash that was blocking all eastbound lanes of state Highway 12 in Santa Rosa Saturday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash, which involved at least two vehicles, was called in at 5:21 p.m. on eastbound Highway 12 just west of Farmers Lane, the CHP reported.

Two victims were pronounced dead at the scene, according to the CHP. It wasn't immediately known if anyone else was injured.

A Sig-alert was issued at 5:44 p.m.
