2 Injured In Berkeley Shooting At Strawberry Creek Park

BERKELEY (CBS SF) -- Police in Berkeley confirmed Wednesday afternoon that they are investigating a shooting at a park that left two people injured, according to authorities.

Berkeley police said they responded to reports of a shooting at Strawberry Creek Park south of University Avenue shortly after 3 p.m.

Officers said one victim showed up at a local hospital. Officers found the second victim at the park.  Authorities had no information on the nature of the victims' injuries.

Police confirmed there were no suspects in custody and currently did not have suspect descriptions, though officers are searching the area.
