2 Hurt In Separate Shootings In San Jose

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- Two people were injured in separate shootings on Friday in San Jose.

According to San Jose police, the first shooting happened at around 1:30 a.m. at the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority light rail station near San Fernando and Second streets.

Police said the victim was shot at least once, and the injury is not considered life-threatening.

The second shooting occurred at about 10 p.m. in the 3200 block of Rocky Mountain Road.

The victim, a man, was taken to a hospital. His condition has not yet been released.

There are no suspects in either shooting, according to police.
