16-Year-Old In Stable Condition After Being Stabbed In San Jose's Castlemont District

SAN JOSE (KCBS)_ San Jose Police are investigating a stabbing that happened in a park Tuesday afternoon.

According to police, the incident happened just before 3 p.m. at Marijane Hammond Park in the Castlemont District.

Responding officers found a 16-year-old who had been stabbed. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he is listed in serious but stable condition.

Police do not have any suspect information at this time.
