13-Year-Old's Near-Kidnapping Experience Is A Hoax, Police Say

(CBS SF) -- A 13-year-old who said she was nearly kidnapped apparently made up the story, San Ramon Police said Wednesday.

Police created a sketch of the man and distributed it to the public Tuesday while conducting an investigation to locate the suspect.
