LINCOLN (CBS13) – A worker at a Lincoln-area plant was burned in a possible explosion Wednesday morning.

The scene is at the Colledgewood facility on Aviation Boulevard.

Lincoln Fire says they were called to the scene just before 7:30 a.m. Wednesday after a report of an industrial accident. At the facility, first responders found that a worker had been burned.

The worker, who was on a forklift at the time of the accident, has been airlifted to the UC Davis Medical Center. He is said to be suffering from second to third degree burns to 10% of his body.
