Women Accused Of Attacking McDonald's Worker Strike Poses In Mugshots

BELLEVUE, Ohio (CBS13) - Three women have been arrested after they allegedly attacked a McDonald's worker, police say.

The Bellevue, Ohio Police Department says the incident happened back on June 8. Police say an employee at an area McDonald's was attacked in the parking lot by three patrons.

Police believe the worker was attacked because the suspects thought she was working too slowly.

Using security video, police identified the suspects. A day after the incident, police arrested three women in connection to the assault: Ashley England, Mary Jordan and Sammie Whaley.

All three are facing assault charges, police say. England and Jordan are also facing child endangerment charges due to the fact that their children were with them during the alleged attack.

Possibly due to how two of the women struck poses during their booking photos, the mugshots are now going viral. The police department's Facebook post announcing the arrest has been shared more than 1,100 times as of Monday.
