Woman's $5,000 Ring Stolen From Restroom

ROCKLIN (CBS13) - A woman says her ring valued in the thousands of dollars was swiped from in front of her in a restroom.

On March 10 at about 7:40 a.m., the woman was washing her hands in the bathroom at a business in the 6600 block of Lonetree Road in Rocklin. She had taken off the ring while she was washing her hands and put it next to her on the counter. She says she turned to get some paper towels, and when she turned back, the ring was gone, according to a Rocklin Police Department statement.

The woman says two other women were also in the bathroom at the time; however, she couldn't describe what they looked like to police.

The ring is described as being white gold and has three diamonds. It is valued at $5,000.
