Woman Jumps From 11th Floor Of L.A. Hotel, Critically Injuring Man
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Police say a woman who jumped to her death from a Los Angeles hotel landed on a man who's now in critical condition.
City News Service says police were called to the Crowne Plaza hotel near Los Angeles International Airport shortly before 8:30 a.m. Friday.
Police say the woman jumped from the 11th floor of the hotel and died at the scene.
The identities of the woman and the man she struck haven't been released.
