WINTERS (CBS13) — An active police investigation is underway in a Winters neighborhood early Tuesday afternoon.
Winters police are urging people to avoid the area of Railroad Avenue at Main Street. No specific reason, other than for police activity, was given.
Police say they will release more information at a later time.
