Winning Numbers In $1.5 Billion Powerball Drawing

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The numbers for a $1.5 billion Powerball jackpot have been drawn.

They are 4, 8, 19, 27, 34, with a Powerball of 10.

The California Lottery has confirmed one jackpot winner in Chino Hills and said there were winning tickets in Tennessee and Florida.

It was sold at a 7-Eleven in Chino Hills, California, said Alex Travesta, a spokesman for that state's lottery. The identity of the winner is not yet known.

Also, 12 tickets in California matched five of the six numbers drawn.

Those winners are in Tustin, Pacoima, Vacaville, Cloverdale, Redlands, Gardena, Irwindale, Nipton, Chula Vista, Santa Rosa, Santa Cruz, and Santa Monica.

No jackpot winner in Minnesota.

Officials with the Multi-State Lottery Association, which runs the Powerball game, said they expected more than 85 percent of the possible number combinations would have been bought for the drawing. The odds of winning were 1 in 292.2 million.
