Wet Weather In Store Again This Weekend

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – For the third weekend in a row, Northern California is looking at wet weather.

Another system is forecasted to roll through the region Sunday through Monday, according to the National Weather Service. It's a little unclear exactly what exact time it could start, but rain is expected to start in the Coastal Range by early Sunday morning.

Forecasters predict about 0.10 to 0.50 inches of rain for the Valley and Foothills, and about 0.5 to 1.0 inches for the mountains.

Snow levels could be down to about 3500 feet. About 4 to 8 inches of snow could fall at Sierra pass levels.

NWS warns that mountain travel will likely be impacted and burn scars from recent wildfires are again a concern.
