Westbound I-80 Reopened East Of Colfax After Truck Fire
GOLD RUN (CBS13) — Westbound Interstate 80 in the high country near Gold Run has reopened following a truck fire.
The incident happened east of Colfax on Friday morning.
All of the meat products and debris have been cleared from I-80 WB near Colfax! All lanes are now OPEN!

Exactly what led up to the fire is unclear, but a big rig looks to have been fully engulfed in flames.
The driver was not hurt, California Highway Patrol says.
Traffic was being diverted into Rollins Lake Road. Westbound I-80 was closed at Secret Town Road while the roadways were being cleared.
