WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A West Sacramento tortoise is making a name for himself, thanks to his owner.

Neil was featured on the front page of The Wall Street Journal because of his owner's business. She knits hats for tortoises and sells them on Etsy.

Neil models the hats for prospective buyers, and will be featured in a calendar showing off his hats.

The calendar will be available to buy in about a month.
