WB Highway 50 On-Ramp At Howe Avenue Back Open After Truck Overturns
SACRAMENTO COUNTY (CBS13) - A major freeway on-ramp is back open after a cement truck overturned, closing the ramp for the past few hours.
The crash happened on the Howe avenue onramp to westbound Highway 50 just before 3 a.m. Monday morning.
The trailer is loaded with dry cement, some of which dumped out on to the roadway.
