Water Pipe Along Road In Folsom Gushes For Hours
FOLSOM (CBS13) - A broken sprinkler system in Folsom that spewed a lot of water overnight has finally been shut off.
The break in front of Sudwerk Riverside restaurant on Greenback Lane in Old Folsom was first reported around 3 a.m. Tuesday.
The water company says it took several hours to shut off the water because police left a message and didn't call their emergency number.
The City of Folsom reports that 450 gallons of water was wasted.
