The San Francisco Giants are heading back to the World Series for the third time in five years.

From the most unlikely of heroes, with 2 runners on in the bottom of the ninth in Game 5 of the National League Championship Series, Travis Ishikawa sends the Giants to the Fall Classic.

Game 1 will be held in Kansas City on Tuesday night.
