Many fans believe the Curse of the Billy Goat has a lot to do with the bad luck the team has endured over the years.

If you ask Cubs fan, and Late Show host, Stephen Colbert, it's not the curse of the Billy Goat which has hurt the team, but the curse of bad management and not wanting to pay for players that has actually hurt the most.
