VIDEO: Cubs Grounds Crew Fails
The video of Tuesday night comes from Chicago where the Cubs grounds crew failed to get the tarp on in a timely manner. It rained for 20 minutes yet the game was delayed for 4 hours and 34 minutes before it was called.
