UPS Trailer Catches Fire On I-80 In Sierra
GOLD RUN (CBS13) – A UPS trailer burst into flames in the Sierra late Wednesday night, authorities say.
The scene was along eastbound Interstate 80 at Secret Town Road.
According to Cal Fire's Nevada-Yuba-Placer Unit, firefighters found that the rear of the trailer was on fire.
Luckily, the trailer was empty and the flames were quickly put out.
Exactly what caused the fire is under investigation.
