UC Davis Students Report Threats Of Kidnapping From Uber Driver

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- An Uber driver in the city of Davis allegedly made comments to two female UC Davis students about kidnapping them and transporting them to Sacramento, according to a report from UC Davis Police.

The riders were allegedly picked up around 7 p.m. Saturday and were not physically harmed and were dropped off at their place of residence before calling police to report the incident.

The suspect was described as a white male in his 40s with a bald head and a goatee. The students describe his car as a Kia Fotre.

No arrests have been made in response to the report.
