Truck Hits Woman, CHP Office In Modesto
MODESTO (CBS13) - A woman was injured Monday after being hit by a truck in front of a CHP office in Modesto.
The driver was headed westbound on Kiernan Avenue near Stoddard Road when they reportedly lost control of the vehicle and it left the road, hit a power pole, struck the woman, and the exterior of the CHP office, according to a CHP spokesperson.
The woman suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.

The driver, who is described as a 59-year-old male, also suffered minor injuries and was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI.
