Tori Spelling Files Lawsuit Against Benihana

(CBS Sacramento) - Tori Spelling has filed a lawsuit against Japanese restaurant Benihana.

According to TheWrap, Spelling claims she was seriously burned at one of its locations. Spelling allegedly slipped and fell and suffered "deep second and third degree burn injuries requiring hospitalization and surgery."

While recovering, Spelling alleges she suffered loss of wages, hospital and medical expenses as well as loss of earning capacity.

The amount she is asking for exceeds $25,000. Benihana has yet to respond to the claims.
