Third Victim Of Fair Oaks Crash That Killed 4 Identified

FAIR OAKS (CBS13) – The Sacramento County Coroner's office has released the identity of the third victim of the fiery crash on Friday that killed four people.

The third victim has been identified as Daniel Figueroa, 24, of Sacramento. The coroner's office previously identified the other two victims as Brianna Rodriguez, 20, of Antelope and Judy Guzman, 33, of Sacramento.

At a vigil Saturday, Rodriguez's friends and mother told CBS13 that Rodriguez and Figueroa were a couple.

The crash happened on San Juan and Palm Avenues in Fair Oaks on Friday at 1:30 a.m.

Investigators say a Buick sedan carrying the four veered onto the center divider and collided head-on with a 2003 Subaru Outback. The driver of the Subaru was sent to the hospital to be treated for his injuries and was released Saturday.

Police are investigating what led the Buick to cross into the path of the Subaru.
