Hour 1
The Lo-Down fills in for Grant Napear while he's on vacation and the guys start the show talking about the Raiders 20 to 12 preseason loss to the Green Bay Packers last night. They then brought on Eric Edholm, Yahoo Sports Shutdown Corner, to talk preseason football. The guys then ended the hour talking about MLB clearing their players after an Al Jazeera documentary said the players were taking PEDs. Hour 2
In the second hour of the show the guys talked more preseason football. They then brought on Perry Martin, California Chrome Owner/Breeder, to talk about his horse racing in this weekend's Pacific classic at Del Mar. After that the guys talk about the US Men's Basketball team getting the win over Spain to go to the Gold Medal Game on Sunday, plus more on The Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140 KHTK daily form 12-3PM.

Hour 3
In the final hour of the show Dave Metlzer, Wrestling Observer, joins the guys to talk about UFC 202, specifically about the Mcregor-Diaz match. He also gave his thoughts on NXT Takeover Brooklyn II and Summerslam this weekend. The guys finished up the show talking about the rest of the preseason NFL games happening this weekend.
