THE LIST- NFL Leaders for 2015
Each and every day on Halftime with Jason and Nate we have THE LIST. Today we discussed 3 NFL categories and predicted who would lead each one. So here goes:
Who will lead the NFL in touchdown passes?
Nate: It is ok to laugh at him for this because I did. He selected Andy Dalton. Yes, that Andy Dalton. I realize it isn't the playoffs but still a very bold prediction for Nate
Jason: I went with Mr. Regular Season himself Tony Romo. He keeps putting up great numbers and with that line and receiving crew he should have a shot at it.
Who will lead the NFL in rushing yardage?
Nate: Adrian Peterson has been out a season but Nate sees that as a guy with fresh legs. This talented runner should be good and has a really good shot at taking the crown.
Jason: I went with Jamal Charles. Alex Smith may have a few more weapons but Andy Reid likes to run, it fits the KC personnel and Charles can tote the rock. I have never said that phrase and it felt good just to put that in the blog.
Who will lead the NFL in receptions?
Nate: Sticking with that Bengals train, Nate is going with AJ Green. Hey if Dalton is going to have the kind of year he suggests, someone is going to have to catch the ball right?
Jason: I went with the flying Falcon, Julio Jones. He just keeps getting better and has a good quarterback in Matt Ryan. The run game is a little suspect so the best weapon the Falcons have is Julio. Time to get him the ball.
