The Grant Napear Show - August 6, 2014

 

The Grant Napear Show kicked off with discussion of the Major League Soccer expansion talks that are currently taking place in Portland between Sacramento Republic FC, Sacramento Kings and MLS brass.

Damon Hack, Golf Channel analyst, was on the show next with Grant to talk about Tiger's arrival at Valhalla and Woods' chances at this weekend's PGA Championship in Kentucky.

Grant chatted later with Sacramento Republic FC president Warren Smith, who provided more details about the possibility of MLS coming to Sacramento, as well as the stadium talks that are already under way for the prospective professional squad.

Today's Kings and Knicks deal involving Quincy Acy and Travis Outlaw was the next topic of discussion, about which Grant spoke to USA Today reporter Jeff Zillgitt.

Wednesday's show wrapped up with Grant talking with NFL Network's Mike Silver about the Raiders, as well as Johnny Football and the likelihood we see Manziel under center in Cleveland come week one.
