Deuce and Jason Ross open Thursday's show with the biggest sports news of the day, The Oakland A's have traded Yoenis Cespedes for Boston Red sox pitcher Jon Lester this morning. The guys talk discuss the pros and cons of the trade and get fan reaction.

Boston Globes Bob Ryan joins the show to talk about the latest trade between the Oakland A's and the Boston Red Sox."They have a legitimate chance to win now," Ryan said talking about the A's winning the world series this year with the guys on their roster.

Former Kings point guard, Isaiah Thomas talks about his departure from Sacramento. The guys go over the piece and touch on the Downtown Plaza Demolition starting tomorrow.

Ray Rice talked to the media today for the first time since the suspension. The guys share audio from the presser and talk about what this means for him and the Ravens going forward.
