Teen Killed In Head-On Crash In Stockton Identified

STOCKTON (CBS13) - A San Joaquin County sheriff's deputy has identified a teen who died Monday night in a head-on crash.

The crash happened on Alpine Road, just north of Highway 88. According to a statement from a CHP spokesperson, just before 6:30 p.m., one vehicle, which was being driven by a 19-year-old male, was headed northbound when it crossed the center line and hit an oncoming vehicle head-on.

Nicholas Riley Henderson of Stockton died at the scene, according to San Joaquin County sheriff's spokesperson Deputy Les Garcia. The other driver was treated for minor injuries.
