Teacher Accused Of Videotaping Young Girls Appears In Family Court

A retired teacher accused of secretly videotaping young girls was in family court on Monday as his wife goes after his assets.

The teacher of 30 years was not happy to see CBS13 cameras waiting for them.

Led away by his attorney, retired San Juan Unified School District teacher Robert Kill is under investigation for allegedly secretly videotaping underage girls for his own sexual gratification.

Roseville Police arrested Killin October, and say they have solid evidence that he may have recorded the girls, some possibly students, without their knowledge.

We wanted to hear his side of the story.

On Monday, he wasn't in court on those charges, but he's in a civil battle with his wife over his home and other assets.

After more than 30 years of teaching, police are concerned there may be more victims out there.

His attorney declined to comment on the case.

"We won't give you any answers I'm sorry," he said. "He's got a pending criminal case. We're not going to answering questions of anyone."

He's due back in family court on March 24.

He's currently out on $1 million bail in his criminal case.
