Taylor Farms Celery Products Recalled After Link To Costco E. Coli Outbreak

TRACY (CBS13) — A Tracy farm has been linked to an E. Coli outbreak at Costco stores.

Taylor Farms Pacific of Tracy recalled celery products linked to the outbreak on Thursday.

The link was made after the Montana Department of Public Health found a celery and onion diced blend tested positive for E. coli 0157:H7. That sample was the same product used in a Costco rotisserie chicken salad that has been linked to a multi-state outbreak.

It's important to note this recall is separate from the E. coli issues affecting Chipotle, which are still under investigation.
