Search Continues For Swimmer Missing Near Foresthill Bridge

PLACER COUNTY (CBS13) - The search resumes Monday for a man who disappeared while swimming at the American River Confluence last week.

Placer County Sheriff's Office divers and will search for the man near the Foresthill Bridge outside Auburn.

Strong currents and cold water at this time of the year makes swimming in the river dangerous. Authorities urge people to stay out of the rivers unless they are with a rafting company.
