Subway Franchisee Warned Subway Executives About Fogel 7 Years ago

NEW YORK (CBS13) - A former Subway franchisee claims she warned Subway executives about former spokesman Jared Fogle's sexual interests with children in 2008, and the company did not act.

Cindy Mills, who managed a Subway restaurant in Florida, says Fogle would call her daily with disturbing comments claiming that he liked them young.

Mills told Business Insider that Fogle admitted to her about having sex with child prostitutes as young as 9-years-old in both Thailand and the U.S.

Mills claims that she contacted Subway company director Jeff Moody, then CEO of Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust.

According to Business Insider, Mills did not go to the police because she was scared of Fogle's power and did not want to lose her position with Subway.

Fogle will plead guilty crimes including traveling and paying for sex with minors and will pay $1.4 million in restitution to 14 victims.
