Stockton Girl Attacked, Robbed Inside Her Garage

STOCKTON (CBS13) - A girl in Stockton says she was robbed and attacked inside her own garage.

Police say the girl opened the garage door around 3:15 a.m. Sunday and saw a man walking towards her. She says the man then grabbed her and threw her against the wall.

She says she punched him and hit him with a bottle before he threw her to the ground and fled out the window.

"Once he attacked her, she did what she thought was right by defending herself and she was able to get a good description of the suspect," said Officer Joe Silva with Stockton police.

Police are still looking for the suspect. He's described as a white male in his 20s, about 6'2'' with dark hair and a short beard.
