Stockton Police Say Man Lit DVD Player On Fire, Threw It Out Third-Story Window

STOCKTON (CBS13) — A man is being accused of arson after the Stockton Police Department said he lit his DVD player on fire and threw it out of his third-story bedroom window.

Stockton police said officers responded just before 7:30 a.m. on Friday to reports of arson in the 1200 block of North Hunter Street in the city's Civic District.

Officers located Paul Seyer, 38, who initially resisted arrest but was taken into custody, police said.

No injuries were reported in this incident.
