Watch: Stockton CHP Hauls Tons Of Trash From Homeless Camps

STOCKTON (CBS13) — CHP officers and Caltrans workers in Stockton worked together to clean out several homeless encampments in the city.

The CHP said it was a time consuming and costly project.
