Big Rig Driver Suspected Of DUI Crashes Into Stockton McDonald's
STOCKTON (CBS13) – A big rig driver suspected of DUI crashed into a McDonald's in Stockton early Tuesday morning.
The crash happened around 1:45 a.m. off West Charter Way, near Interstate 5. The big rig crashed into a brick wall between the two fast food restaurants, leaving a field of debris.

No one was hurt, authorities say. The big rig driver, identified as 53-year-old Luis Marrot, was taken to the hospital to be evaluated before he was booked into jail.
The restaurant remains open for the morning rush.
