Snow levels will rise as warmer air arrives on Wednesday. This means only light snow totals for this round.
Winds will get stronger on Thursday as heavier rain arrives. A Wind Advisory and Flood Advisory will kick in for much of the area at this point.
As temperatures drop heading into Friday, it will kick heavier Sierra snow into gear. A Winter Storm Watch is expected for the western slope of the Sierra at this point.
