Sacramento Woman Takes Bronze In Judo At Paralympic Games

RIO DE JANEIRO (CBS13) — A Sacramento woman took bronze in women's judo at the Paralympic Games.

Christella Garcia beat Silva de Almeida Deanne of Brazil on Saturday to take the medal in the women's 70-kilogram competition.

Also taking home bronze over the weekend was Kym Crosby of Yuba City. She took third in the women's 100-meter run with a time of 12.63 seconds.
